For yachts that are 400 GT and above, the NTVRP is an integral part of traveling in U.S. waters, and not having one will mean losing the ability to enter the country.  This is true whether in the continental United States or the US Virgin Islands, American Samoa, Guam, Northern Mariana Islands, and Puerto Rico.

Our Non-Tank Vessel Response Plan (NTVRP) expert has created hundreds of NTVRP for vessels of all shapes and sizes and will be able to guide you smoothly through the process.  Just don’t wait too long – the United States Coast Guard can take up to 6 weeks to approve the NTVRP so it’s important to get started sooner rather than later.

Don’t get caught with your anchors down!

Need an NTVRP?  Get in touch with us at ntvrp@dayboardmaritime.com or complete the NTVRP Questionnaire.

These plans are required by Flag and SOLAS and are used to show the location of fire and safety equipment, the structural fire prevention boundaries, and other important information that can be life saving in an emergency.

We can create a new plan, or amend an out-dated one, and build a vessel-specific and compliant Fire Safety Plan customized to your yacht.

Whether a full Safety Management System (SMS) or a MINI-ISM, each Flag has their own unique requirements and every yacht is unique in its design and operation.  We work alongside the Captain and crew to provide a system that is vessel-specific and sure to meet the standards of your flag.

Our vessel-specific MINI-ISM systems can be provided as either a stand alone paper-based system or our exclusive Dayboard System.  Our electronic system is incredibly simple and easy to use and allows us to work with you to modify forms over time so that the system improves with age.  It can come with either minimal support or full help and assistance, depending on your needs and budget.

For commercial vessels 500 GT and above, or those voluntarily complying, we have our robust iPad based Dayboard System.  You’ll never look at an SMS the same way again.
