With a proven track record in financial strategy, systems implementation, and operational improvement, Wendy specializes in developing scalable processes that strengthen internal controls and enhance profitability. Her expertise spans financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, compliance, and risk management, as well as process automation and technology integration to streamline multi-entity operations.

A South Florida native, Wendy grew up immersed in her family’s insurance and real estate investment business, where she built a strong foundation in finance, entrepreneurship, and client service. She brings the same values of integrity, responsiveness, and excellence to her work in the maritime industry—helping yacht owners and management teams maintain smooth operations and accurate, compliant financials.
